ORO sign to Hammerheart Records

Imperative PR are delighted to share the news that Swedish post/sludge metal kings ORO have signed with the renowned Hammerheart Records for the release of their momentous second album Vid Vägs Ände. Imperative PR first worked with ORO in 2019, helping to promote the release of the band’s debut album Djupets Kall. A successful campaign resulted in a magnificent haul of critical acclaim for Djupets Kall, so when they were looking for assistance in securing a new label for the release of Vid Vägs Ände, ORO turned once again to Imperative PR.

Hammerheart Records, with their excellent worldwide reputation and expertise in the field of all things dark, dramatic and heavy, were at the top of the list when it came to suitable homes for Vid Vägs Ände - and the label immediately recognised the power and potential inherent in ORO’s very special music. It’s a match made in the shadows of twilight and Imperative PR are very proud to have played our part in bringing these two metal powerhouses together.
