Against The Odds Because We’re Gods’ opening track has already been making waves on the international underground, with Uber Rock making ‘We’re Hot Apollo’ their Singles Club Video of the Week back in August. It’s a rousing anthem built on irresistible buzzsaw guitars and unforgettable hooks that opens the doors on a fantastic, euphoric rock ‘n’ roll experience. From the driving ‘So Toned Up’ with its dominant bass presence, through the smooth grooves of new single ‘Slayance’ and the bouncing, celebratory ‘Words’, all the way to the breathless, vibrant, fireworks of climactic conclusion ‘Never Stay Down’, Against The Odds Because We’re Gods is an uplifting, joyous expression of unity and triumph over adversity, a friend in need with a spare bottle of booze to hand.
